Position:  Intel Analyst; Level 1-4
Description:  Functional Responsibility:
Overall

• Conduct Strategic Studies
• Provide Strategic Communications
• Develop Strategic Documentation
• Develop measures for CT mission performance
• Design, present, and coordinate training support
• Track and provide solutions of systematic issues
• Provide support to the implementation & exercise of each contract
• Provide guidance to Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (Fisa)/Protection American Act (PAA.FISA) Amendments Act (FAA) retention
• Provide staff support to the Chief and Deputy on this contract
• Proactive in exploitation of all leads, and line of development to focus & synchronize SIGINT enterprises in order to meet a terrorism-related solution to successful closure

Analytic SIGINT Support

• Conduct studies
• Draft & staff key strategic documents
•  Identify management issues, develop and recommendations on improvements
• Design, present and coordinate training
• Perform tool database & web administration support

Professional Experience:  All staff working on this contract must meet the required security elegibility level of access.

Level 1

• 4 years of experience in SIGINT production or SIG support associated with NSA
• 4 years of military experience in SIGINT Operations, SIGINT Intelligence data acquisition, SIGINT processing or all aspects
• 2 years of SIGINT development experience
• 1 year experience working with USSIDs correspondence to SIGINT Operations Regulations (CSORs)

Level 2

• 8 years of SIGINT production and 4 years in a technical leadership representative in military cryptologic SIG support associated with NSA
• 4 of 8 years can be military experience in SIGINT operations, SIGINT intelligence data acquisition, SIGINT processing or all aspects
• 2 years experience in SIGINT development
• 4 years of experience with USSIDs correspondence to SIGINT Operations Regulations (CSORS)

Level 3

• 12 yeas experience in SIGINT production and 4 years in a technical leadership role in military cryptologic SIG support associated with NSA
• 6 of the 12 years can be military experience with SIGINT operations, SIGINT Intelligence data acquisitions, SIGNIT processing or all aspect
• 4 years of experience with SIGINT development
• 4 years of experience with USSIDs correspondence to SIGINT Operations Regulations (CSORs)

Level 4

• 16 years of experience in SIGINT production and 6 years in technical leadership representative in military crytologic SIG support associated with NSA
• 6 of the 16 years can be in be military experience with SIGINT operations, SIGINT Intelligence data acquisitions, SIGNIT processing or all aspect
• 6 years of SIGINT development
• 6 years of experience with USSIDs correspondence to SIGINT Operations Regulations (CSORs)
• 4 years working in IC working groups
• 2 years bulk SIGINT meta data & content
